The Castello® brand is sold all over the world. The largest market is Denmark followed by Australia, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland, USA and Canada.
In Denmark, Arla’s mould cheeses are produced at Høgelund, Gjesing, Lillebælt and Troldhede dairies. As the first in Canada to do so, Arla Foods began producing blue mould cheese at the Group’s dairy in Canada at the end of 2006.
At Korsvej dairy in Denmark we produce our decorated cream cheeses. The hard yellow cheese under the House of Castello® brand is made at Arla’s Kvibille dairy in Sweden.
Castello Alp selection is produced at Arla Foods dairies in Allgauland in Germany.
