TOMATO MILK SMOOTHIE

A garden-fresh milk smoothie of tomato and celery.

Ingredients for 1

  • 6 cherry tomatoes
    ½ celery stem
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
    1 celery stem
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 24 cherry tomatoes
    2 celery stems
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together, and blend until smooth.
  Strain through a sieve before serving.
