NUTTY MILK SMOOTHIE

A simple milk smoothie with a rich taste of almonds.

Ingredients for 1

  • 30 g almonds
    1 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the almonds
    1 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 60 g almonds
    2 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the almonds
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 120 g almonds
    4 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the almonds
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Soak almonds in milk for 3 hours or overnight, keep refrigerated.

Blend together with remaining ingredients until smooth.
 
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
