LIQUORICE & RASPBERRY MILK SMOOTHIE

A milk smoothie with a distinctive taste of liquorice and fresh raspberries.

Ingredients for 1

  • 1 teaspoon liquorice powder (pure)
    
80 g raspberries
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 2 teaspoons liquorice powder (pure)
    
160 g raspberries
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 teaspoons liquorice powder (pure)
    
320 g raspberries
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions


Whisk together liquorice powder and milk. Mix together with raspberries in a blender until smooth.
 
For an extra fine texture, strain through a sieve and serve cold.
