Delightfully nutty milk smoothie with a naturally velvety texture from coconut.

Ingredients for 1

  • 
3 tablespoons coconut flour
    
1 teaspoon coconut fibre flour
    
1,5 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the coconut flour
    
1 dl milk (1,5%) 

  • 6 tablespoons coconut flour
    
2 teaspoons coconut fibre flour
    
3 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the coconut flour
    
2 dl milk (1,5%) 

  • 12 tablespoons coconut flour
    
4 teaspoons coconut fibre flour
    
6 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the coconut flour
    
4 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Combine the milk and coconut flour together and leave refrigerated for at least 3 hours or overnight.


Incorporate the remaining ingredients together with the coconut and milk mixture then blend until smooth.
