The aim of the incubation unit is to launch and develop new business op-portunities and ventures not addressed by the existing Arla Foods organization.
Build digital brand and drive sales through ecommerce
As social commerce manager in our new incubation unit you will be the hands-dirty digital frontrunner when we launch new ventures. You will be responsible for executing the digital strategy and developing digital marketing and media plans. You will ensure our ventures are present in the right channels and our marketing has a direct sales impact. Working solo and in teams, you thrive by delivering on targets and you love using your creative digital skills to ensure that we always leverage the power of digital when launching new ventures across global markets. In short, your task will be to:
- Enable the digital strategy in new venture projects all the way through to landing pages, social media profiles and advertising
- Create and manage all digital media assets and content for our ecommerce and social media platforms
- Plan and manage digital campaigns to create traffic to our ecommerce platform
- Optimize our ventures’ digital presence based on ongoing tracking and new tech or me-dia opportunities
- Drive the social commerce agenda in our next planned venture – while supporting and generating ideas for digital strategies in future ventures in parallel.
You will report to the Head of Digital in the Incubation unit, and will be part of driving the digital agenda across all the different ventures in the incubator.
Solid experience within social media and ecommerce
You could hold a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Innovation or similar, but more important-ly, you have at least 2-4 years’ experience with digital and social media campaigns that drive sales in ecommerce. Ideally, you have experience with launching or supporting an ecommerce start-up through social media. You can manage multiple stakeholders and agendas, but you al-ways keep your focus straight by prioritizing agility and speed over full alignment and consent. Working experience with CMS platforms is a plus, while social media campaign planning and excellent communication and interpersonal skills including proficiency in English is a must.
