If so, you should apply for this exciting and demanding position in Corporate Risk and Compliance in Aarhus. The increased complexity and diversity of our global business has intensified the need for clear guiding principles and policies across all business units in the Arla Group. And we need your expertise to succeed.
Develop roadmap and define new policies
You will be part of Corporate Risk & Compliance and be responsible for the policy framework throughout all functional and business areas, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CSR and Procurement – and aligning with our “Code of Conduct”. As a trusted advisor you will be anchoring our policy framework and defining new policies together with relevant stakeholders across the Arla Group, including key management. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high degree of policy awareness across the global organisation through provision of easily accessible information as well as awareness campaigns of the initiatives and decisions being made.
Further, you must facilitate the right training and communication activities as well as the required internal controls to ensure compliance. You will perform local training of management teams and develop and manage the policy tools at CheckIn (our internal information platform) and other training/information platforms.
Determined change agent with solid project manager skills
You hold a Master’s degree or similar and have solid knowledge and practical experience driving significant projects across a major organisation. As such, you have acquired knowledge of driving a change agenda within your field of expertise and know the value streams in an international production company. On a personal level, you are known to possess an unmistakably open attitude and personal authority, and you show initiative and are forward thinking. Furthermore, you have an enterprising and engaging personality, and you enjoy working in a matrix organisation with a dynamic and changing environment that requires a high degree of flexibility. Other qualifications include strong communication skills as well as proficiency in written and spoken English. You will travel within our core markets and to some of our emerging markets as well.
