Senior Global Brand Manager – Milk Based Beverages, Esbjerg

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced senior brand manager to lead the development of Arla brand concepts within beverages - are you up for the task? This role will give you an opportunity to lead and leave your mark on our business in shaping the future of the Arla brand globally within milk based beverages.

If you are looking for a position with responsibility and the ability to set the direction, this position as Senior Global Brand Manager might be something for you. We are expanding our global brand management team and you will be taking responsibility for setting the agenda and leading the development of the Arla brand globally within Milk Based Beverages. You will also take management responsibility for a small team. We offer you a challenging role which requires both great concept creation, branding, commercial and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing global concepts in close cooperation with regional and local markets and as a result you should expect some travel activity in this position.

Leadership, innovation, strategy and brand management
You will be responsible for developing and executing the MBB growth strategy. Working with our network of commercial managers based in Arla companies around the world you will secure a solid and consistent implementation across our markets as part of the global development process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for growth and profitability of MBB (Milk Based Beverages) concepts under the Arla brand
  • Develop, drive, and lead global development of MBB concepts for the Arla brand 
  • Secure strong alignment and buy-in from internal stakeholders - Arla Brand team, local markets/commercial managers and supply chain 
  • Secure maximum scale across markets from consumer insights through to communication platform 
  • Develop global guidelines and secures annual brand plans with commercial managers
  • Actively participates in MBB category strategy development and innovation pipeline

Drive and proven track record
As a person you have great leadership skills and can set the direction. It comes naturally for you to create lasting relationships with your internal and external stakeholders. You are driven, energized, and have a strong strategic brand and marketing mind-set combined with solid commercial understanding of shopper and in-market dynamics.

Preferable you have:

  • 5+ years solid experience and track record from an international FMCG organisation - ideally in the beverage industry
  • 5+ years of experience with strategy, brand development, and activation
  • Experience as a manager and leader
  • Solid experience with acting in an international matrix organisation 
  • A masters degree – Cand.merc., Int. business, Marketing or similar
  • Fluent in English
