We are currently looking to recruit a Secretary on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will provide support with administrative tasks to a number of Directors in the UK. The role will report to the UK Vice President and will be based at our head office in Leeds.
In this role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Directors in the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating diaries
- Producing documents and correspondence
- Greeting and collecting visitors
- Arranging and booking overseas travel
- Booking and arranging meetings
- Minute taking
- Processing expenses
- Other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will be comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders at a senior level. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work to tight deadlines. With the ability to work flexibly and under pressure, you will have high attention to detail. You will also be experienced in Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Word.
