Process Technician, Aylesbury

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process Technician to join a high performing team.



Our Process Technicians are responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of product through to our Production teams in order to achieve daily production requirements. Operating pasteurisers and other process/mixing equipment in a cost effective manner, you will liaise with our planning teams to ensure that the correct process profile is met. You will demonstrate continuous improvement measured through weekly performance indicators including the reduction of cream waste, effluent, detergents and maintenance. Process Technicians play an active role in a dynamic team so will also carry out tasks such as quality investigations and minor maintenance duties.



With previous experience within a process/mixing/blending environment, the successful candidates will be familiar with Lean tools and techniques and have awareness of both Quality Assurance and Health and Safety. It is essential that you have experience of working in a FMCG manufacturing environment along with experience of Automation computer centre systems (Plant Master), computer based maintenance systems, PC operated fillers along with SAP R3 would be advantageous. Knowledge and experience of using continuous improvement methods including planned preventative maintenance, statistical process control, changeover reduction, problem solving tools and waste management is essential. You will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of HACCP, COSHH, Quality, Hygiene and Health & Safety assurance.
