Following a re-organisation to align the business to our Strategy 2020, we are now aligning the HR function to support the business in its commercial and people agenda. As a result, we are now looking to recruit two new HR Business Partners to take responsibility for our sites in the North West and South West respectively. Given the location of the sites we anticipate that the ideal candidates will be located around the Manchester / Bristol areas.
Reporting to the HR Director Supply Chain and a member of the UK HR team, responsibility will be for partnering with our site directors and onsite leadership teams in the delivery of their operational and commercial plans. Instrumental to the delivery of a broader people agenda, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a variety of HR and operational projects which will drive the changes required to make all sites best in class and consistent with our global supply chain. Projects will include cultural change, leadership development, Lean, CI, performance management and employee relations.
Whilst a member of the UK HR function you will be an important part of ONEHR, our global HR function, where communication and shared ways of working are essential to a growing international business.
To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate insight into the commercial demands of a multi-site business, the influence you have had with your stakeholders and the capability to deliver beneficial change through your drive and enthusiasm for HR best practise. A flexible attitude to your work is essential, as is the ability to be flexible for regional and national travel, as required.
