Drive strategic negotiations and develop a large chain
You and your team will focus distinctly on developing and driving the overall strategy and sales efforts. The ultimate goal is to improve the cooperation conditions for the benefit of Arla and our stakeholders - and ultimately increase sales considerably. Meanwhile, you make sure that your organisation reaches the goals, and you are, as such, deeply involved in the implementation and follow-up on targets and sub-targets.
Concurrently, you will set direction for your team of colleagues, which means that you head, coach and develop your organisation and spearhead new activities that can expand our business and market position. This job is a unique possibility for you to undertake a wide managerial and sales responsibility heading a business unit of major strategic importance for Arla Foods.

Besides extensive experience creating and maintaining customer relations, you have acquired fine negotiation skills, enabling you to land contracts and make decisions at tactical and strategic level. It takes a lot of business insight and in particular extensive knowledge of the market conditions within the dairy industry. You are a business-minded leader who creates respect and motivates your colleagues to raise the bar for additional sales at the same time.
