We are 4,000 UK and 19,000 global employees at the heart of it. Every single one of us plays an important role and together we build on our 10bn Euros turnover and establish our position as one of the largest dairy companies in the world.

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Costing Specialist to join our Multisite Finance team. In this role you will be based at our Oswestry packing facility based in Shropshire and will report to the UK Multisite Manager.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of costing, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment and will be comfortable explaining these to other people.  With a global mind-set you will have the ability to put Arla models into practice. In addition, you will be customer focused and will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail.  With effective communication skills, you will be able to deal with a range of stakeholders at different levels and will challenge, ask questions and help to resolve conflict. Strong Excel and SAP experience would be beneficial. Ideally, you will be working towards a Finance qualification (CIMA, ACA, AAT or equivalent).
