Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify your potential to become one of our Supply Chain Graduates while also helping you decide if Arla Foods is the perfect match for you.

To make sure that we make the right choices, we invest a lot of time and effort in selecting the right candidates. It is important to us that you experience an efficient process and that you are always aware of the next step.

After the application deadline, we select approximately 50 candidates who will proceed to a Skype interview focusing on your ambitions, personality and motives for joining Arla Foods’ Supply Chain Graduate Programme. The top 14 candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centre at our global headquarters in Denmark, and based on this we will select the final candidates for the programme.
