What makes a PM Graduate?
In additional to having the profile as described above, you want pursue a career in a global, farmer-owned FMCG-company in the long run. Ideally you are a university graduate with either a Bachelor or a Master degree from any educational background which you finished no longer than three years ago. Preferably your education lies within Dairy, food science, engineering or production related subjects – but we are open for other backgrounds.
You should have previous work experience from either a fulltime or student job, internships or volunteer work. Furthermore, you are to some extent globally mobile, have the commitment to make a difference in a diverse environment.
Fluency in English and ideally another of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, German, Finnish or Dutch. You are geographically mobile and flexible within our European core countries.
