Quality in farm production
The Arla Dairy Farm programme consists of four cornerstones:
Composition of milk
We strive to have the right composition of the milk, which ensures that the end products live up to the consumers’ needs and wishes.
Food safety
We strive to offer the consumers safe milk-based products – and the basis hereof is created at the farm.

How International is the Arla Dairy Farm?
The Arla Dairy Farm is currently implemented in Denmark and Sweden. In England, Arla Foods Milk Partnerships (AFMP) producers have been recruited to supply milk from their farms to the company as they adhere to Arla Foods’ high standards of milk production, farm assurance and animal welfare through the Assured Dairy Farm Scheme (equivalent to The Arla Dairy Farm). In other countries where we use milk from dairy farms not covered by The Arla Dairy Farm – taking local conditions into account – we try to adapt the quality programme to the greatest possible extent.
