Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 serving
1/2 frozen banana
1 dl frozen berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 dl milk
1 dl spinach
1 tsp agave

Topping
2 tbsp blueberries
2 strawberries
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almonds, chopped
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings

Instructions

Place the spinach, chia seeds, and milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. (This will ensure that you don’t have any gross, chewy greens in your smoothie bowl.) Add the frozen mixed berries, banana and agave to the blender. Pour smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with the topping and enjoy the beautiful bowl.
