Overnight porridge


1 serving
1 dl oats
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1 sun-dried apricot, chopped
1,5 dl milk (low fat)
1,5 dl yogurt naturel or skyr

Fresh fruit


Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a container with a lid. Place the porridge mixture in the refrigerator overnight and voila, the day after the porridge is ready to serve. Top the delicious porridge with fresh fruit and nuts and eat it right away. You can benefit from making a large portion, then you have breakfast for several days. You can keep the porridge in the fridge for 3-4 days.
