Department :  Supply Chain Development, Global Ingredients, Aarhus, Denmark
Education :  Master of Business Administration – International Management, University of Southern Denmark. Specialist in Management of International Economic Activities, University of Agriculture and Ecology of Ukraine

Current job:
During my first rotation period at Arla Foods, I am working as a Project Manager Assistant in Supply Chain Development within Global Ingredients. As a Graduate, I am responsible for running the project of documentation of business processes. From day one in this position I was given a responsibility for planning and conducting the whole project implementation. Personally, I find this assignment exciting and challenging, as I have to facilitate workshops where rather complicated business activities are being described. Furthermore, while leading and engaging people during workshops, I also have to sense participants’ ideas and make sure that everyone is aware of them. Keeping this balance can be very challenging when different business functions are represented at the same workshop. These are the moments when you realize how scholars’ world can be different from actual business world. However, the best part of this position is that I am being constantly exposed to a wide range of business practices, which enables me to rapidly learn about different core competences and create a valuable network of colleagues in different parts of the Business Group.

Why Arla:
Answering the question “Why Arla?” is very easy! This is the Company you can be proud of. And I am proud of working in this organization! When considering which company one should apply to, I believe, one should always consider company’s values, vision and mission. So did I to make sure that my own aspirations and principals align with ones of the company. Choosing Arla meant for me to go on with my own “mission” which is to be able to make a difference in this world. New Arla’s strategy “Closer to Nature” has once again convinced me that I had made the right choice when I chose Arla.

Future:
I am really excited about my future at Arla Foods as since I joined the Company I realized how many opportunities exist here for young, flexible and global minded people. During the next two years we will all have an opportunity to experience different business groups, functions and geographies of Arla Foods. This means a unique opportunity to learn about different business practices across different parts of the organization and thus to gain an excellent holistic overview of Arla Foods. However, the most important is that it is a unique chance to find out in which function or business group I can contribute the most to fulfilling company’s mission and vision. Therefore, I believe that for those involved in Future 15 Programme sky is the only limit in their professional development!
